Is It Really Possible To Lose Weight by Doing Exercises At Home, Or Do You Have to Go To The Gym?

While trying to lose weight, it used to be a great excuse of mine: "I don't have enough time to go to the gym." Fortunately, after that I was shown the right way to lose weight and it didn't require me to go to the gym at all.

The best workouts that burn you fat even while resting for days are intense workouts that work your muscle groups.

The equipment needed for those are really very minimal. You certainly don't need to go to a fitness center. All you need is just dumbbells (or barbells).

Benefits of Home Exercising

1. CONVENIENCE: Just having a set of dumbbells at home will do wonders for your fat burning workouts. You can do them any time, and since those exercising sessions take no more than 20 minutes, it's incredibly convenient to be able to do them from home. After all, if it took 20 minutes to go to the gym and 20 minutes back; those 40 minutes would be a real waste just to do a 20 minute session.

2. OPTIMAL TIME BETWEEN EXERCISES: Working out at home with a simple setup has other benefits. You don't have to wait to use the next machine. This is very beneficial since it's very effective and cardiovascularly optimal if you can keep the time between workouts to a minimum.

3. SOCIAL REASONS: Another benefit of doing exercises at home is that you don't have to be amid a lot of super muscular guys while you're doing the exercises! This was something that (secretly) really kept me from the gym. I was just a girl and the things those built guys were able to do with weights just made me look so pathetic. I was intimidated. I felt like a girl in a guys only club. With the home exercises, one of the biggest things that kept me from the gym vanished.

All in all it is very possible to do high intensity exercises that will burn you fat all day long, at home. I personally did it and it was very fun - it felt very good. The beautiful thing with such intense exercises is that they burn you fat all day long during resting, and very fun to do at home.
